Owls of the Gila June 9

How are owls different from other birds? What types of owls live in our region? Join us for a fun interactive presentation with Linda Moore and Jackie Blurton of the Bird Alliance of Southwestern New Mexico on Monday, June 9, 10:00am to learn more.

Owls are unique and fascinating predatory birds. Linda and Jackie will describe them, show us life-sized cutouts, share some of the sounds that owls make, and lead us in making origami owls.

Learn how owls help us, and how we can help owls! This activity is geared to kids ages 6-12.
