Join us to celebrate Smokey Bear’s 80th birthday with the Smokey Bear Reading Challenge! You will get a log and do forest and New Mexico-related reading and activities. The library will be hosting activities to help you complete the challenge.
Come by Saturday, September 7 at 1pm to meet Smokey, and get your logs and a sweet treat. Keep an eye on our website and emails for the dates of our October and November challenge activities. In December, the challenge will end with a party, prizes, and another chance to meet Smokey Bear. Feel free to ask us questions!
