Last year the New Mexico Regional Library for the Blind and Print Disabled (LBPD) launched a new program to let patrons get their next book order in person at select local libraries. The Silver City Public Library is now a new location for this service. To participate, LBPD patrons may bring any audiobook cartridge they have finished to the library. Plug the cartridge into the Book Refill Station and your next set of books will start downloading automatically. The indicator light will turn blue when it is working and green when your books are ready. Please feel free to ask a Silver City Public Library staff member for assistance!
