Makerstate Initiative Visits Silver City

The library will host a Pop-up Makerspace with circuitry and 3D printing on Thursday, April 27, 4:00pm-5:45pm (during WildWorks). The makerspace is presented by the Makerstate Initiative–a traveling program sponsored by the NM State Library and Department of Cultural Affairs. The hands-on activities are designed for children and teens to explore¬†science, technology, engineering, art, and math. There will be a limit of 20 active child/teen participants, but adults are welcome to come see the 3D printer in action. 3D printers as demonstrated by the Makerstate Initiative
