The next library open lab for tech practice and troubleshooting will be tomorrow, Friday, September 2, 10am-12pm. There will be another open lab on Friday, October 7, 2:00-4:00pm. Practice, ask questions, and try out devices provided by the library. Bring your own laptop or mobile device for troubleshooting. No registration necessary!
We are pleased to partner again with Adult Education Services, whose director will be leading workshops on basic technology topics here at the library. Our organizations share many of the same goals, like offering learning opportunities for job-seekers working to boost their skills and entrepreneurs seeking to harness the benefits of technology. Through this and other partnerships, the library aims to contribute to economic development, education, and community engagement. Here are the upcoming workshops:

All workshops will be held at the Silver City Public Library, 515 W. College Avenue, Silver City. No registration necessary. There are 14 laptops available for participants to use. We look forward to seeing you!
