Stories, Magic, Challenges, and Science

The first full week of summer reading has begun! Today, Tuesday, at 10:30am we will have storytime and a simple craft geared to ages 0-5. On Wednesday, June 15 The Magic Guy will perform astounding illusions: prepare to be amazed! Come early if possible, because we expect a large crowd. On Wednesday afternoon we will have Little Engineers (Lego and more!) at 4pm. Our “Get Fit Challenge” will happen outside the building on Thursday at 10:30am. The challenge will include hula hoops, jump rope, lawn bowling, bean bag toss, and a dexterity challenge. On Thursday at 4pm there will be board gaming, and on Friday at 2pm youth ages 10+ are invited to a special session of WildWorks where we will use science to make a bouncy ball.

You can still sign up for summer reading, to track your reading and win prizes! Come to the library front desk, and bring your library card if you have one!
